From what I hear, it sounds like the subtitles on this are, well, less than stellar. For instance, "Nanto Gokusatsu Ken", which is the name of an attack, was translated as "Nanto can't be harmed". If you're already dealing with Toei, then this would be a film in a very similar situation (established fanbase of older otaku, long out of print film with an already-existant dub, recent official uploads of the preceding TV series on streamsites). Times are tough, etc. etc., but the demand for GE999 does exist out there, so please do consider it as a future licensing option.
